You are welcome to purchase on this website. All orders are subjected to the availability of products. In case of unavailable products, the payment received will be refunded. Refunds are provided through the original method of payment.


Purchases can be made on this website day and night. We will process your orders within 48 working hours. We promise to deliver orders at the earliest.


For shipping orders, the website will apply a flat shipping rate of $17 on all orders. To find out the total cost of your order, you can add the products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, the order details and cost of shipping will be provided. In case of additional shipping charges, you will be informed.


The website delivers orders worldwide. For every order, an estimated delivery date will be provided during the time of purchase. The maximum time for order delivery is 20 working days.

Payment Details

For making an order purchase, you can use your MasterCard/VISA. The website does not accept payment in cash.

Once the order is accepted, the payment will be charged to the card. We will e-mail the payment receipt for all orders.

Note: Payment will be authorized in US dollars only.

Status Link

The tracking link for the order will be sent to your registered e-mail account. Please use this link to find the location of your order. The link will show the location of your order 36 hours after the order has been shipped from the warehouse.


We promise to deliver your orders within expected delivery time. However, if your order has not reached you within 7 days from the expected date, then please inform our customer support. If the delay has been caused due to our negligence, then we will resend your order, bearing all the shipping charges.


Orders are applicable for cancellation at any time. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform our customer support regarding your order number. If you wish to cancel your delivered order, you must send the order back to us. Once we receive the order, we will proceed with cancellation. We will accept returns only when we receive a written request within 3 working days from the product delivery date.

We expect you to bring us queries regarding any damaged deliveries. In case of damaged deliveries, you must send back the order for inspection. If the damages are genuine, we will resend a new product, bearing all the shipping charges. In case of unavailable products or upon request, we will provide refunds.


Refunds provided on this website will be transferred through the original method of payment. The refund amount will be transferred within 10 working days. This amount will not include the shipping charges applicable for the website. If there are any shipping costs or handling charges displayed in the packaging slip or sales invoice, it will not be refunded.

Once your request is approved, we will refund the amount to the same bank account which was used for the initial transaction. We may also transfer the amount to the same MasterCard/VISA which was used for the purchase. We do not provide refunds in cash. Also, the shipping charges are non-refundable. The amount will be refunded within 10 working days.

In case of returns, you are responsible for the losses and damages made to the product. We request you to return your order at your own cost. We will not refund the shipping charges. We cannot guarantee that the returns will be accepted.
